School Effectiveness

Our Trust vision underpins all aspects of our work and is fundamental to our school effectiveness strategy.

Through our desire to be boldly passionate about excellence in learning and relentlessly driven in our aspiration for everyone, all our school have a core offer of high-quality guidance, support and challenge. The highly skilled and experienced school effectiveness team works alongside our school leaders and governing boards to add capacity to leadership teams, quality assure improvements and to signpost to good and excellent practice. The core offer also includes a broad range of continuous professional development and learning activities which can be found here (add in a hyper link to the CPDL brochure please). There is something for everyone on our CPDL offer and we are proud of its quality, breadth and impact.  Some schools receive additional or bespoke support where a particular need has been identified.

 
As well as the school effectiveness team, we have a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience within our school family. This is used across the Trust to share good practice, provide support and guidance and to coach and mentor. This collaborative, yet rigorous approach to improving school effectiveness is well embedded in our culture.
